we stayed in town for christmas day since the dude had to work, and our families are both out of state. he did get off early though. funny enough, he called me up and answered the phone singing, "i'll be home for christmas." so cute haha.
boy did i cook up a storm! a friend came over, and we spent they day cooking away and chatting up a storm. i had a great christmas! honestly, i thought i'd be really home/family sick, but keeping busy and having people to cook for really made the day. :)
