happy wednesday and hello july!this year is nearly half way over. can you believe it?! eek!

today is business as usual. well, except for the fact that i am taking a half day at work. this girl has a date to see the dentist. have i ever mentioned that the dentist is my least favorite doctor? don't get me wrong, i have a fabulous dentist. his dental hygienists are sweet as sugar and oh, so gentle. as is he. all of which my super sensitive gums need. i have no clue where this deep rooted anxiety developed, but at 28 (going on 29 very soon) i still sweat a little over going to get a cleaning. not to mention, i am not always in the best of spirits afterwards. {insert laughter here.} and for that exact reason, i always schedule afternoon appointments and take a half day at work. call me a baby. i know . . .

today also happens to be my friday! thursday generally is, but the husband and i are packin' up and haulin' out to go camping over the 4th of july holiday! we're meeting up with his mom, aunt, uncle, and their two cute-as-pie girls. we have never gone camping with his family before, so i am exceptionally excited!

so today looks like: work. gym. food. dentist. shopping (there is always last minute odds and ends that need to be picked up before a good outdoor romp).

i have already had two fabulous, sweaty spin sessions this week. cheers to one more gym day before we leave the city lights behind for a few days. i heard there are trails around our camp site! hiking or trail running anyone?!!
