i took so many pictures during our walk through, i'm pretty sure the property manager thought i was nuts haha. when it comes to renting though, it's better to be safe and take pictures of every little detail that pops out at you, than to not and get charged for things that were there when you first moved in. that's just my experience though. property management companies out here are rough!! is it like that anywhere else?
well, again, this is a shortie. i'm working late tonight and tomorrow to make up for leaving early to do the walk through yesterday. tomorrow is my last work day of the week, so i'm hoping to be able to sit down and type up a real blog in the next few days.

Congrats on the new place! I agree -- always better safe than sorry. I've had some pretty good experiences with rental properties, but I think it's always best to have documentation and copies of EVERYTHING, just to be on the safe side. (My dad would be SO happy that his years of telling me this has finally sunk in!)
